I do accept refunds, but it is on a case by case basis. If it's a maker issue, then I will happily replace. Otherwise, in most other cases, the customer is responsible for 60% of the cost of a new one + shipping.

I do accept exchanges on a case by case bases and only if the piece is in brand new condition. Exchange must be initiated within the first 14 days of receiving your order. Customer will responsible for all shipping costs that incur and will be credited the equivalent amount to the original purchase.

All orders will be shipped out 4-7 business days after the order is placed and the payment clears. All packages ship with USPS First Class Package. Once packages have been dropped off with USPS there are no longer in my control and I am not responsible for incidentals. Typically orders arrive within 2 business days after being dropped off, but that can vary based on your location in reference to mine. I am a small business that prefers supporting and shipping through USPS + COVID-19, so please leave wiggle room for the complications of life.
