How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I don't at this time. But, stay up to date with all things By Kawehi by signing up for a our email list, located at the bottom of this page.
Do I have to pay for shipping if I can pick up locally from you?
I only offer local pickup in the immediate area of my current residence. If that applies to you, please private message me so we can sort out the details!
What are your earrings made out of?
My earrings are made out of polymer clay. I use all stainless steel on any studs and stainless steel ball posts on any dangle, making it suitable for even the most sensitive ears.
My shipping address is wrong! Can I fix it?
Yes! Please email me via the contact section of my website or by replying to the order confirmation email ASAP after placing your order. You have a maximum of 24 hours for me to guarantee fixing your address. After I have already shipped your order, it's a really complicated process. Please email me still and we can get the necessary details worked out.

How much does each earring weigh?
As a medium, polymer clay is extremely light. Each earring weighs less than an ounce each! They're so light you wont even notice that you're wearing anything at all.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, but it is on a case by case basis. If it is a maker issue, then I will happily replace. Otherwise, customer is responsible for 60% of the cost of a new one + shipping.
